Every standard clean
This is the baseline. It happens whether you booked once or you have had us every fortnight for two years.
Kitchen
Standard clean · 10 items- Countertops and backsplash wiped down
- Sink and taps scrubbed and descaled
- Stovetop degreased, grates and drip pans cleaned
- Range hood exterior and filter face wiped
- Outside of all appliances, including fridge, oven and dishwasher

About the checklist
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. A deep clean resets one that is not, adding baseboards, door frames, inside the microwave, behind appliances, hard-water and soap-scum removal, cabinet degreasing, vents and window tracks. If you have not had a professional cleaner in the last three months, start with a deep clean and let standard cleans hold the line afterwards.
What do you not clean?
Exterior windows above ground level, mould remediation, pest control, biohazard or hoarding cleanup, carpet steam cleaning, and anything that needs a ladder above two steps. We also will not move heavy furniture or appliances that are not on sliders, because that is how floors get gouged and backs get hurt. If we cannot do something, we say so before you book rather than quietly skipping it.
Can I add or remove things from the checklist?
Yes. The list is the default, not a limit. Tell us the three things that matter most in your home and they get prioritised on every visit. Equally, if you never want us to touch the home office, that goes on your file and stays there.
Do you change bed linen?
We make beds on every visit. We will also change linen if you leave fresh sheets out on the bed, which is the easiest way to make sure we use the set you actually wanted.
