Most cleaning companies in Toronto make you fill in a form and wait a day. Here is the number, right now.
Six services. One flat price each.
- 01 House cleaning The clean most Toronto households actually need: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dust and surfaces, done properly on a schedule you set. Weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or one time.
- 02 Deep cleaning The clean for the things you have stopped seeing. Baseboards, door frames, grout, hard-water film on the glass, the greasy shadow above the stove, the dust on top of the fridge.
- 03 Move in / out The clean that decides whether you get your last month back, or whether you spend your first night in a new place scrubbing someone else's bathroom.
- 04 Condo cleaning Small square footage does not mean a small job. Condos concentrate everything: one bathroom taking every shower, a galley kitchen with no ventilation, a balcony door that tracks in city grit.
- 05 Airbnb turnovers Checkout at 11, check-in at 4. Everything that has to happen in between, done the same way every single time, with photos to prove it.
- 06 Post-renovation Fine construction dust gets into everything and keeps resettling for days. This is the heaviest clean we do, and it is done in passes rather than in one sweep.
We only clean Toronto. That is the whole advantage.
Most of our competitors will happily book a job in Barrie, Oshawa and Mississauga on the same afternoon. Then a cleaner sits on the 401 for ninety minutes, arrives late, rushes your home, and the company blames traffic.
We stay inside the city. Shorter drives mean tighter arrival windows, more time in your home for the same price, and cleaners who have already worked in a building like yours. They know which towers want paperwork on file, which ones will not release a fob, and that a Victorian in The Annex takes longer than its square footage suggests.
Three steps, and none of them is “wait for a callback”

Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, how often. The calculator does the rest. No email gate, no sales call before you get a number.
Pick a time and tell us about the place
Access, pets, allergies, the room that is off limits, the product you want used on the stone counter. It goes on your file once and stays there.
We clean. You check it.
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it free. No form, no argument.
Hourly pricing punishes you for keeping a tidy home and rewards a slow cleaner. So we do not use it.
We quote flat, from your bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. That price is locked before the team arrives. If the job runs long, that is our problem, not your invoice.

Questions people ask before booking
How much does house cleaning cost in Toronto?
Most Toronto condos land between $159 and $250 for a standard clean, and most houses between $250 and $400, depending on bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Deep cleans run about 1.5 times that, and move-out cleans about 1.65 times. Booking recurring visits takes 10–20% off every clean. The calculator on this page gives you the exact figure in about 30 seconds without asking for your email first.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. We quote flat, not hourly, and the price is locked before the team arrives. If a job takes longer than we estimated, that is our problem rather than your invoice. The only time you would hear from us about price is if the home is materially different from what was described at booking, and we call before starting rather than adding it to the bill afterwards.
Which areas of Toronto do you cover?
Toronto proper, and only Toronto. That includes downtown, Liberty Village, King West, Yorkville, The Annex, Leslieville, The Beaches, High Park and Roncesvalles, Yonge and Eglinton, North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke. Staying inside the city is deliberate: it keeps our travel time down, our scheduling reliable, and it means the cleaner arriving at your door has worked in buildings like yours before.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, and most of our recurring customers are not. You can leave a key, a lockbox code, a fob and buzzer instructions, or arrange concierge access if you are in a condo. However you choose to handle access is recorded on your file, so you only explain it once.
How do I pay, and when?
After the clean, not before. We invoice once the visit is done and you have had a chance to look around, and you can pay by e-transfer or card. On recurring plans you are billed per visit rather than upfront for a block, so there is nothing to claw back if you pause or stop.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything: vacuums, microfibre, mops and products. Cloths are colour-coded so the cloth that touched a toilet never touches a kitchen counter. If you would prefer we use your own products because of an allergy, a stone counter or a preference for fragrance-free, leave them out and note it in your booking.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. A deep clean resets one that is not, adding baseboards, door frames, inside the microwave, behind appliances, hard-water and soap-scum removal, cabinet degreasing, vents and window tracks. If you have not had a professional cleaner in the last three months, start with a deep clean and let standard cleans hold the line afterwards.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, on recurring bookings. Your cleaner learns your home, your preferences and your access, which is the whole point. If they are sick or on holiday we tell you in advance and send someone briefed on your notes, rather than quietly swapping in a stranger.
