An hourly rate means a tidy home subsidises a slow cleaner, and you find out what it cost after the fact. We quote a flat price from your bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, and lock it before the team arrives. If we misjudge the time, that is our margin, not your invoice.

The most common complaint about cleaning companies in this city is that a different person turns up each visit and nothing is ever consistent. We assign a cleaner to your home and keep them there. They learn your preferences, your access, and the fact that the cat bolts for the door.

Things we will tell you honestly

We will tell you when a deep clean is a waste of money, when your grout is stained rather than dirty, when the mould in your bathroom is a moisture problem for a remediation contractor rather than something a cleaner should be attacking, and when the job you are describing is not one we are the right company for.
